Changing the Priority Level of a Submission

Submission Priorities Overview

Submission priority levels can be used internally by licensors as a helpful management tool to assist with prioritizing submissions according to their level of importance or urgency.

You can set the priority level of each submission to use as an indicator for your submission reviewers/approvers on which submissions need to be completed first.

Please note, priority levels are limited to licensor views only and used for internal purposes. Licensees will not see the priority levels of their submissions.

Priority Level Defaults & Arrow Color Indicators:

  • Red = High: Requires immediate attention

  • Orange/Yellow = Medium: Important, but not urgent

  • Green = Low: Not urgent

How to change the priority level of a submission:

1. Click on a submission from your list view of submissions.

 2. You'll be taken to the 'Submission Details' page. In the menu at the top, click the dropdown menu next to where it says 'Priority.'

 3. Select the priority level from the dropdown menu: High, Medium, or Low.
