We’ve added the ability to generate a document with dynamic content which can then be exported to PDF to provide greater collaboration outside of the Brainbase platform (as well as document-filing purposes). You can now generate and export the 'Submission Details' page with the data points of your choice!

Note that this is still just the first of several versions that will be released as we expand our user base. If there's a data point that you'd like to add to the export list, please let us know.

To start, click on the submission in question from the list view to arrive at the 'Submission Details' page. 

From there, click on the three-dot icon in the top-right corner to open the dropdown menu and select 'Export.'

This will bring you to the 'Document Generator' page, where you can pick and choose exactly which submission data points you'd like to export. Whatever you select on the list to the right will populate on the preview to the left. 

In addition to data points, you can also export submission images! Just click on the 'Images' tab at the top of the list and select the images you want to include. Once you've done so, you can see it populate on the preview with the rest of your data. 

Once you've added all of the desired images and data points, you should confirm the file type that you want to export. Note that at this time, the only option is as a PDF, but we'll soon be supporting other file types as well. 

The last step is clicking the blue 'Export' button in the top-right corner, which will generate the document and download it through your browser.
