Property owners (and agencies) with the correct permissions can change a submission's current stage.
Property licensors and agencies have the ability to override submission stages.
You can change the current stage of a submission to a new one with the click of a button.
Note: Only upcoming stages can be selected.
How to change a submission's stage:
Click on a submission to navigate to the details page
In the top right corner of that submission, click the 3-dot action menu
From there, click 'Change Stage' from the drop-down menu
Then, click the drop-down, pick the new stage and click 'Save.'
