Filters (and filter groups) help you narrow down results faster. 

This feature is especially helpful if you have many items in your lists (i.e. several contracts or sales reports). 

Previously, this would have required multiple, separate searches to find out. 

Now, it takes only one. 

Previously, we didn’t send email notifications for important submission events such as 'New submission added,’ 'Submission status changed,’ etc. 

Now, we’re going to send an email when those things happen.

With Auth0 login for enhanced security, you can be sure your account is secure and protected. 

You can use column settings from previously imported sales report for the same contract.

When you import a sales report, your account will save the column matching settings based on the order of matching/skipping.

Plain folder icons are bland.

Now, you can change the folder thumbnail to any image you want for branding purposes and for ease of finding files.

Put a file in the wrong place? Want it somewhere else? 

Previously, you had to re-upload the file(s) to the desired designated area in your file structure you wanted to move it to.

Now, you can quickly move files and folders to another place in your folder structure with the click of a button.  

Need to download multiple different files and folders? 

Previously, you had to download each individual file and folder one at a time.

Now, you can speed up that process and download various files and folders all at the same time.

As a Property Owner/Licensor or Agency, you can now change the current stage of a submission to a new one with the click of a button.

Simply click the stage, pick the new stage. Ta-da! 

Product launch dates help keep things on track and allow you to better manage your product approvals by becoming more proactive vs. reactive.

For example, if a product launch date is in 1 week, but the submission isn’t approved, now it’s easier to identify those bottlenecks ahead of time and prioritize them accordingly to meet your deadline
