Saving contract templates, in-contract file sharing, and company invitation streamlining.
This month's feature releases come packed with a whole host of new, highly-requested improvements that we hope will make the lives of our users simpler:
Users can now create contract templates that they can reuse later, which will save a lot of time when working with the same parties and terms.
Files can now be shared directly from the add/edit contract flow, including an option to set them to expire once the contract ends.
You can now invite a company to Brainbase before you've created their contract, which will help streamline the process and keep everyone on the same page.
Saving Contract Templates
Creating contracts with your most-frequent collaborators has never been easier now that you can utilize our new 'Save a Template' feature when adding the involved parties, contract terms, or both.
Contract-Specific File Sharing
You can now choose exactly which assets you'd like to share with collaborators as specified by a particular contract. To provide an additional layer of security, we've also built in a sub-feature that allows you to set a time for these assets to expire.
Invite companies to Brainbase before creating a contract
Users previously had to create a contract before their partner companies would even have access to Brainbase, which could be jarring for unprepared users who are unfamiliar with the program and how it works. Not anymore!
