We've released a new round of improvements to Brainbase, all of which aimed to alleviate some of the most-reported pain points and improve the overall user experience:

A long-awaited feature, Dashboards can now display the company data most important to you and your team by including submission, contract, or sales report-driven widgets. They're shareable, and most importantly, customizable on a user-by-user basis!

We're now offering the ability to create rights sets, which combine one or more properties, categories, territories, distribution channels (and other dimensions, if any) into a single data set, which can then be used in several functions across the app.

Users now have the ability to create nested sub-submissions within parent submissions, which is perfect for linking packaging (or anything else) to the core product. 

We've completed an overhaul of our old 'Routing' module to provide much more flexibility and control of your submissions. 

With this upgrade, we've simplified comment visibility for individual comments and threads, added new permissions, and now offer @mentions to tag people in comments.

We've made it significantly easier to add or remove reviewers from submissions on the fly. We've also categorized users as "Assignees," seeing how Reviewers are not the only ones that you could assign to a submission.

Make your new Submission forms interactive! Based on how your submitter has entered one of your custom fields, additional hidden fields will become visible requesting more information. 

Our new Automation feature expands your workflow capabilities by triggering actions to take place based on specific conditions you set. It's giving you much more flexibility than our previous Routings feature.
