Getting support has never been easier with our in-app live chat feature.
Follow the steps below:
Click the purple chat icon in the bottom-right corner of Brainbase to bring up our in-app support widget.
Our self-help support tool gives you the power to search our knowledge base, access training articles or videos, get product updates and announcements, all without leaving Brainbase.
Help Articles
The first option is to simply search for an article within the search bar like below:
And our chatbox will bring up the three most relevant articles to your search. Click on one of the articles pulled up and access it straight from Brainbase.
What's great about this feature is that you don't have to leave Brainbase or open a new window tab – you can view the article right from within the app!
If those three articles don't match what you are looking for, you can click the 'See more results' button below them to be directed to our Help Center in a new tab, where you can browse more related articles:

The second way to get help is to start a chat conversation with us. If you are unsuccessful in finding the answer you’re looking for or want to contact the Brainbase support team directly, you can start a live chat conversation with one of our support team members and our next available representative will assist you further.
