Follow the steps below or watch the quick video tutorial here to see all of the support options you have available to you right from within Brainbase:

1. Click on the question mark icon in the bottom-left corner of Brainbase to open the Help and Support sidebar menu.

 2. Click 'Help Center' which will open up our help center in a new window tab.

3. You can find helpful guides, videos, and training articles under the 'Getting Started' section.

4. Click on 'Getting Started with Brainbase' 

Each product feature in Brainbase (e.g. Contracts, Sales Reports, Properties, Submissions, etc.) has a designated section in our Help Center with related articles and/or video tutorials.

5. Quickly navigate back and forth between the Help Center and Brainbase Brainbase using your browser tabs. Go back to Brainbase at any time by clicking back into the first window tab of your browser.
