Sales report notifications are separated into three types: 'Status update,' 'Sales report uploaded,' and 'Reminders.'
Below, we will briefly go over each sales report notification type and show both in-app and email examples of each.
Status Update
A notification will be sent out every time a sales report status is changed.

Sales Report Uploaded
A notification will be sent out every time a sales report is uploaded.

Reminders
Each sales report has a set due date corresponding to the date stated within the associated contract. Brainbase will send all associated partners a contract notification to notify each person if a sales report is overdue.
A link will also be provided within the email to allow users to easily navigate to the sales report and upload them. Emails are sent out after a sales report is overdue by one day, then reminder emails will be sent out periodically thereafter.

Sales report notifications are based on contract report frequency settings, which can be found in the 'Contract Details' view of the contract. An example of reporting frequency detail within the contract view can be seen below.
By default, notifications will be sent via In-app and email. Each of these notifications can be configured within 'Profile & Preferences' > 'Notifications.' To learn more about notification settings, see our guide here.
