Submission Priorities

Customizing the submission settings for your company is easy, and we will cover submission priorities below. To learn about all submissions settings and how everything ties together, click here

 

Submission Priorities Overview:

  • Submission priority levels can be used internally to prioritize submission reviews and approvals.

  • Priority color and definitions aren't editable. 

  • You can set the priority level of each submission to use as an indicator for your submission reviewers/approvers on which submissions need to be completed first. 

  • Priorities can be used by licensors as a helpful management tool to assist with prioritizing submissions according to their level of importance and urgency. 

  • Please note that priority levels are limited to licensor views only and used for internal purposes, licensees will not see the priority levels of their submissions. 

Default Priority Levels:

  • High: Requires immediate attention.

  • Medium: Important, but not urgent.

  • Low: Not urgent.

How to Access Submission Settings in Brainbase:

  1. Click your user icon image in the bottom left corner.

  2. A menu will pop up, then click 'Company Settings.'

  3. You will be brought to your Account Settings, from there click 'Submissions' on the left-hand side menu.

  4. Access all submission settings through the sidebar menu on the left.
