Filtering Submissions Overview

You can isolate submissions based on their property, licensee, contract name, status, and many other identifiers by using the filter feature. Click on 'Add Filter' as seen below to get started.

The longer the list of submissions, the more useful this tool will be. In this article, we will be going over the most common and useful filters to use.

In this example, we'll choose to filter by submission 'Status.'

You'll then be prompted to add conditional filters: 'Is,' 'Is Not' or 'Has Any Value.' For this, we'll select 'Is,' and then 'Pending' from the new dropdown window.

Once that's been selected, click on 'Done' to proceed. You'll then see that the filter is only displaying submissions that are currently in a 'Pending' state.

Next, we'll choose to filter by submission 'Next Action By.'

You'll then be prompted to add conditional filters: 'Is,' 'Is Not' or 'Has Any Value.' For this, we'll select 'Is,' and then 'Reviewer' from the new dropdown window.

Once that's been selected, click on 'Done' to proceed. You'll then see that the filter is only displaying submissions that are currently waiting for an action to be done by the 'Reviewer.'

Now, we'll choose to filter by submission 'Stage.'

You'll then be prompted to add conditional filters: 'Is,' 'Is Not' or 'Has Any Value.' For this, we'll select 'Is,' and then 'Pre-production' from the new dropdown window.

Once that's been selected, click on 'Done' to proceed. You'll then see that the filter is only displaying submissions that are currently in a 'Pre-production' stage.

Next, we'll choose to filter by submission 'Property Owner.'

You'll then be prompted to add conditional filters: 'Is,' 'Is Not' or 'Has Any Value.' For this, we'll select 'Is,' and then our demo company name 'Starship Brands Inc' from the new dropdown window.

Once that's been selected, click on 'Done' to proceed. You'll then see that the filter is only displaying submissions that are currently under the selected 'Property Owner.'

These filters can be as basic or granular as needed and can be combined with each other to be as specific as possible. You'll be able to apply multiple filters to refine your search from this filter menu. As seen below, you can add a filter for the property, company, territories, and much more.

Lastly, if there's a filter combination that you find yourself setting frequently, you can save it for future use using the 'Save View' feature.
