The days of individually managing submissions are over! Introducing bulk actions for submissions.
Bulk Manage Assignees
This action allows the licensor users with the 'Approve' permission for submissions (or external users that are given this permission by the licensor) to add and remove assignees for multiple submissions at once. There are two actions that can be performed:
Assign - This action lets you add users in your own company to the selected submissions. All users with at least the 'View' permission for submissions are displayed in the selection.
If a user is already assigned to some or all of the selected submissions, then they will still be shown in the selection. Selecting them here will assign them to the remaining selected submissions or keep them assigned if they were already assigned to all.
In order to assign a colleague, select them via a checkbox and hit 'Save.'
Un-Assign - This action lets you remove users in your own company from the selected submission. Users that show up in the selection are assigned to at least one of the selected submissions. Users that are not assigned to any of the selected submissions are not displayed.
In order to remove users as assignees, de-select them via a checkbox and hit 'Save.'
De-selecting and re-selecting a user does nothing. Users can only be assigned via the “Assign” action
Bulk Change Status of Submissions
This action allows the licensor users with the 'Approve' permission for submissions (or external users that are given this permission by the licensor) to change the status of multiple submissions at once (i.e. bulk approve, not approve, etc.).
Only submissions that have Next Action by > Licensor (Reviewer)
i.e. submissions in Pending status will be affected by this action
The rest of the submissions will not be affected by this action
Bulk Change Status for Submission Assets (Images and Attachments)
This action allows the licensor users with the 'Approve' permission for submissions (or external users that are given this permission by the licensor) to change the status of multiple submission assets at once (i.e. bulk approve, not approve, etc.)
Asset status can only be changed when the Next Action is by the licensor (Reviewer) i.e. the submission is in 'Pending' status.
