Users have the ability to easily filter out the same items in any given list day in, day out. Even better? They also have the ability to save those filters and filter combinations as views. This means that they can add filter combinations, save them and then easily access them in the sidebar when they return later.
Saving a New Filter
1. First, create a new filter. Read this guide HERE on how to create a filter if you are unfamiliar with creating one.
2. Once you have a filter created, click on the 'Save view' button shown below.
3. A pop-up will now appear, prompting you to provide a name for it. Enter a name and click on 'Save view' to save the new filter you have just created.
4. Now that you have saved your newly created filter, it will now show up within the sidebar below the 'Contracts' header. You may now click on this filter to quickly view the list with the custom filter applied.
Ability to manage saved views
Users can also edit or delete your saved filters by following the steps below:
1. Navigate to the 'Profile and Preferences' settings menu by clicking on your profile icon located at the bottom left corner of the page, then clicking on 'Profile & Preferences' within the pop-up menu.
2. Once you are on the 'Profile & Preferences' page, click on 'Saved views' and select the filter type you would like to edit.
3. Click on the more options menu for the filter you would like to edit or delete.
4. Select 'Edit' to change the name or 'Delete' to delete the filter.
