Managing Submission Reviewers

There are two types of user permission roles for product submissions: Approvers and Reviewers.

Approvers have access to all reviewer permissions plus the ability to approve and change the status of a submission. Please note that submissions will not move forward to the next stage until all approvers have approved the submission.

Reviewers are limited to a view-only mode plus the ability to leave comments and make edits to submissions. Reviewers are unable to approve or change the status of a submission.

How to add, edit, and manage submission reviewers from an active submission:

Before we start, note that this ability is permission-based.

1. Click on a submission from your list of submissions.

2. Click the user circle icon images at the top to manage reviewers.

3. After clicking the reviewers at the top, a list of users will appear.

You can see all the users that have been assigned to this submission and with which role (showing the highest possible). Clicking on the 'Manage assignees' approvers can add more assignees.

Editing Reviewers:

Submission approvers can manage the reviewers assigned to each submission by adding new reviewers or groups and removing existing reviewers.

To add a submission reviewer or group, you check the box next to their name and click the blue "Save" button.

To remove a submission reviewer, you would simply uncheck the box next to their name and click the blue 'Save' button.
