How to Update and Submit Required Data Points for a Submission

Updating or submitting the required data points for a submission is simple. 

To start, click on the submission you'd like to update from the list of submissions - you will see 'Needs Revision' on the submission that needs to be edited. In the example below, we'll select the 'Duffel Bag' submission. 

Clicking on the submission will take you to the submissions detail page seen below. 

From there, you will see a 'required data points' notification in the top right next to the 'Submit' button. This notification tells you exactly which data points need to be added before it is able to be submitted back.

Hover over the notification to get more details of the required data points. To edit a submission, click the 'Edit Submission' button. In this example, we'll need to edit the 'Marketing Start Date' field.

You will now be able to add and/or edit the necessary information the licensor needs for this stage in the submission process. These data points will vary based on the submission type and stage.

Once you are done, click on the 'Update Submission' button at the bottom as shown below.

Clicking on the 'Update Submission' button will take you back to the 'Submission Details' page. You will see a green checkmark next to the required data points notification in the top right next to the 'Submit' button. 

Click 'Submit' to finalize your work and send this updated submission to the licensor.

After you click 'Submit,' you will see a bright green notification at the top of the screen and a 'Pending' status in the top right. This status means the licensor needs to review this submission and it's in their hands now.
