Uploading and viewing images within a submission is simple in Brainbase and can be done from the 'Submissions' tab. Our supported image file types include: .png, .jpg, .pdf, and .gif. You can upload files up to 5TB in size.

Submission 'Images' have access to our precise image-based commenting collaborative feature, which you can learn more about here. For any other file type that is related to this submission, add that file as an attachment instead - click here to learn how.

Please note that you can only add images when it's your turn to work on the submission. For more on submission turns, click here

Click on the submission to get started. In this example, we chose the 'Starship Hoodie' submission as highlighted below, which we can see already has two uploaded images.

You will be taken to the 'Submission Details' page. Click on the 'Upload Image' button on the right side to upload one or more images.

From here, you'll see an area to upload an image. You can upload an image in two ways: (1) Drag an open file to this area or (2) click 'browse to choose a file' to upload from your computer. In this example, we'll upload an image of the black Starship Hoodie.

To view an image, simply hover over an image and click 'View Image' as shown below.

Our supported image file types include: .png, .jpg, .pdf, and .gif
