How to Sort Sales Reports

You have the ability to sort each column in ascending order from A-Z or 0-100 and descending order from Z-A or 100-0. Simply click on the column name and you will see an arrow change direction (up or down) every time you click. You can also sort by sales report status. 

The sort feature will allow you to easily view sales reports in order by any column you choose. Please see some examples below.

'Contract Name' column sorted from A-Z. 

'Reporting Period' column sorted from earliest to latest.

You can sort sales reports by status the same way.

In this example, we choose one option, 'Pending.' From here, you can see all of your sales reports that are pending approval.
