How to Invite a Licensee or Agency

nviting a licensee or agency company to Brainbase Assist starts with creating the company profile they need to be invited to. It ends with inviting their individual users as external collaborators from that company.

A licensee or agency must be tied to one or more of your contracts within Brainbase Assist. The first step is making sure your licensee/agency appears on your 'Companies' tab. If they aren't in this tab, make sure to add them by clicking on the 'Add Company' button in the upper-right aright corner.

Our platform is global, meaning that if a licensee/agency is using Brainbase Assist on their own or with another licensor, their company name will appear on this dropdown to choose from.

If you don't see your licensee or agency's name, you can type it in as shown below in the example 'Brainbase Test Licensee.'

After you add the licensee/agency name, scroll down and choose 'Licensee' or 'Agency' as the company type. This section will also allow you to add the licensee/agency description, address, and phone number.

It's also important that you add the contact person for this licensee/agency for reference. Note that this data essentially serves as a business card and does not send an invitation to join Brainbase.

Once you click on the 'Add Contact' button, you'll be able to fill in the necessary information. First name, last name, and email are required fields. You can add multiple contacts as well.

You can add any relevant documents if needed. Once you're done, make sure to click 'Add Company.'

You will see this new company, 'Brainbase Test Licensee' in your 'Companies' tab, as shown in our example below.
