Automatically increment contract numbers (if you want)
Set up a single or separate automatic number sequencing for licensing and representation contracts.
You are able to set automatic contract number sequencing so that the contract number is automatically generated when entering a new contract.
This is achieved through setting number Prefix i.e 'LIC-' and the next number i.e '0001.'
When a user now enters a new contract the contract is automatically generated a contract number 'LIC-0001.' The next contract would be 'LIC-0002' and so on.
How to turn on contract number automatic sequencing in Brainbase:
Under company 'Account Settings' there will be a subsection titled 'Contract Number Sequencing' below the 'Security' section.
There will be two toggle switches: 'Single' and 'Separate' (only one can be turned on at the same time)
Click the switch to toggle on contract number automatic sequencing.
