Submission Routings

Customizing your Submission Settings for your company is easy and we will cover Submission Routings below. To learn about all Submissions Settings and how everything ties together, click HERE.

 

Note that only users with the Administrator role (or who have been granted access to the Company Settings section) will be able to create routings. 

 

Routings Overview:

  • Route incoming submissions to selected users.

  • Add filters to specify which submissions will be routed to the selected users.

    • Example: Route only the Concept Stage to a certain user(s).

    • Route all submissions from a specific territory to selected users.

    • Route any submissions in certain categories to the desired users.

How to access Submission Routing Settings on Brainbase:

  1. Click your user icon image in the bottom-left corner.

  2. A sidebar menu will appear. Click 'Submissions' under the 'Company Settings' header, and then 'Routings.'

Add Routings:

Click the blue 'Add Routing' button in the top-right corner.

 

Add the routing name, description, and select users to get started.

 

Add each filter (Stages, Properties, Contracts, Territories, and Workflow Templates) you want for this specific routing. You can add as many filters as needed.

Click the 'Add Routing' button to save your work.

 

Your changes have been saved. You can now find your new routing settings under your list of routings, as shown below.
