Contract Details Page

You can navigate to a contract's associated companies, sales reports, and submissions quickly, right from within the 'Contract Details' page.

First, click on the 'Contracts' tab from the left side navigation menu to land on the list view of all of your contracts. 

From there, click on any of your contracts to navigate to its 'Contract Details' page.

The header section of the 'Contract Details' page provides critical information at a glance, including the Contract ID, Contract Stage, Contract Status, and the amendment picker (if an amendment has been added). 

You can also see the contract type (Licensing or Representation), the creator and creation date, and the time of the most recent update. 

Users with the applicable permissions can click on the three-dot icon in the top-right corner to open the Actions menu, which includes the options to:

Here, you will see a list of all parties involved in the contract - the licensor, the licensee, and the agency (if applicable). Additional revenue participants would be included in this section, as well. Note that the other parties include clickable links to their respective Company Details page. 

These sections detail the contract effective term, currency, properties, categories, distribution channels, and territories. It'll also include the details of any applied rights sets. 

The contract's royalty rates, payments, and commission rates can all be found in this section, organized by their associated rights set (where applicable). It'll also outline the sales reporting requirements for the contract. 

If there are any amendments to this contract, they'll be listed under the 'Amendments' tab. Clicking one will take you to the amendment's Contract Details page.

If this contract requires any kind of certification, the request can be seen and fulfilled under the 'Certificates' tab.

The statuses of any manufacturers associated with this contract can be found under the 'Manufactures' tab. Users with the necessary permissions can click on 'Add Manufacturer' to associate a preexisting manufacturer to this contract, or create a new one for approval by the licensor. 

Any documents that have been uploaded to the contract will be listed and available for download from the 'Attachments' tab. 

All associated sales reports will appear in the 'Sales Reports' tab, along with any applicable action buttons for these reports (Upload, Download, Report Zero Sales, etc).

Any submissions that have been created against this contract are listed under the 'Submissions' tab. Click on them to be taken to their 'Submission Details' page. 

Collaborators that are associated with this specific contract can be seen under the 'Collaborators' tab.
