Adding sample information to contracts

Users have the ability to provide additional information about samples within the 'Add/Edit Contract' form.

You can add as many address lines as you want for sample delivery, assigning the number of samples to each address added. Sample information will appear in the 'Contract Details' view.

Add more sample information by editing contracts by following the steps below:

1. Navigate to the contracts tab by clicking on 'Contracts.'

2. If you want to add samples to a pre-existing contract, click on a contract of your choice within the list view.

3. Then navigate to the upper right-hand corner and click on the 'More Options' menu.

4. Once the pop-up appears, click on 'Edit.' This will take you to the 'Contract Editpage.

5. Once on the 'Contract Edit' page, click 'Edit Terms.'

6. Scroll down until you see the 'Samples' section shown below.

7. Clicking on the button will activate a form. Here you may add an address and number of samples being sent to the address.

8. When typing the address, autofill options will appear at the bottom, where you can select from.

9. Additionally, if none of the options match the address you desire to enter, you may also click on the 'Open full form' button, which appears when you click within the address field.

10. This button will expand the address form into a more extensive form that allows you to fill in more details of the address manually.

11. Once you are done filling out the address, click on 'Save.'

12. You also have the option to add as many sample locations as you want by clicking here and following the same steps.
