Custom List View Columns

Show the columns you want to see, in the order you want to see them

  • Sometimes you might want to see the website for each property. Other times, you don’t. The good news is that you get to decide. With custom columns, you can select the columns you want to see, in the order you want to see them. 

  • Show the data points that mean the most to you and reorganize them according to your preferences. You can always update these columns again later.

  • You can do this on the following list view pages: Properties, Companies, Contracts, Submissions, and Sales Reports.

 

See the below steps on how to add a new column data point to your list view:

 1. Click the columns icon in the top-right corner. When you hover over the icon it says 'Edit Columns' – click that.

 

2. Browse the list of column data points from the left pane or search for something specific using the search bar.

 

3. Click on the check box next to the desired column data point you want to add to your list view. It will then be added to the right pane under 'Selected Columns' which displays all of the selected columns to be shown. 

 

4. (Optional) Reorganize the selected columns to the order you want by simply dragging and dropping them. Click 'Save Changes' once you are done.

 

5. You will now see the new columns added and their data points within your list view.
