Adding your properties to Brainbase is quick and easy. Please follow these simple steps in this article below or see a quick video tutorial here:

1. Go to the 'Properties' page, which is the first screen displayed after you log in.

2. Click on the 'Add Property' button. The 'Add a Property' dialog will open.

3. Choose your property role:
- Choose Property Owner if you own the rights for the property
- Select Licensee or Agent if you have a licensing contract for the property or if you have a representation contract for the property.

4. Type in the 'Property Name' field to start searching for the property you want to add. If it already exists in Brainbase, you will be able to add it to your list. Otherwise, click on the 'Add item' link to create a new property.

5. Click on the 'Upload' button and select an image using the file dialog.
We support all common image files, like JPEG, GIF, and PNG. An image size of 300x300 pixels is recommended.

6. Fill in the property website in the 'Website' field.

7. Fill in a description for the property.

8. If you are the Property Owner, you can specify the rights availability for the property based on product categories and territories. 

9. Click on the 'Add Categories and Territories' buttons, and then choose the combination of categories and territories. Click on 'Save' when you are done. You can repeat these steps as many times as needed.

10. Click on the 'Add Property' button to finish.

11. Your property is now ready. You will now see this property under the Properties Tab. Click on it in the list to see the details view. 

12. To edit a Property, click the pencil icon in the top right corner of the Property details page.

13. Make the edits for that Property.

14. Click 'Update Property' to save your changes.
