Managing Multiple Company Settings as an Agency

When permitted, agency accounts have the ability to manage partner companies on a high level by having full access to performing actions on their behalf. This feature enables agencies to behave as an overseer of all companies that are working under them.

Once an agency sets itself as a company, it will be using Brainbase in its view. Once you switch profile views, you will have full access to their account. This will allow for correcting errors, making executive decisions, and asserting a broad level of authority over your licensee partners. In simple terms, agencies can discreetly log into their partner account with full access through a simple selection from a dropdown menu within their settings.

Follow the guide below to learn how to switch profiles and disguise yourself as another licensee account through an agency account.

1. Navigate to 'Company Settings.'

2. You will see a dropdown menu above the sidebar.

3. This dropdown will provide all companies associated with you - the agency. Select the company that you would like to manage.

4. Once selected, the app will re-load and you are now using Brainbase as the company you have just selected. It’s important to note that any changes you make will affect the company that is currently activated in the dropdown menu highlighted in the image below.

Viewing All Users Working Under Another Company

Another useful case for this feature is that it allows agency accounts to have the ability to see ALL members who have access to their platform, not just the members in the immediate agency team - it includes all the members that extend under the partner teams, too. This may be very useful as it allows agencies to have insight into exactly who has access to what and it gives an over-arching view of their team structure.

Follow the guide below to learn how to view a list of all members working under your partner companies.

1. Select a company to manage using the previous steps above.

2. Navigate to 'Company Settings' > 'User Management' > 'People.'

3. Here, you will see a list of every person who has access under the company you are viewing Brainbase from.
