Manage your team and all internal users with User Management Settings under the 'People' tab. Assign roles and permissions to certain users on your team who have access to Brainbase under the 'Roles' tab. Learn more below.

How to access User Management Settings in Brainbase:

Note: Keep in mind, only users with an Administrator role will be able to see 'Company Settings' and have the ability to add team members to Brainbase.

Start by clicking your initials or image in the bottom left corner of Brainbase as this will bring up a popup window.

From there, click on 'Company Settings.'

Then click on 'User Management' on the sidebar menu tab on the left:

This will reveal three new directories on the left - 'People,' 'Groups' or 'Roles.'

People Tab:

  • The ‘People’ page contains a list view of every team member who has access to Brainbase as shown in the image below. *Note: This page will only show yourself if you are just starting out.

  • Under 'People,' you can see an aggregated list view of all your internal users and the following information: Name, Email address, Last Activity, and Status.

  • To get a more detailed view, click on any desired user or agency of your choice to view their details page.

  • Once on their details page, you can find the following information for that specific user or agency: Name, Email Address, Has Access to Brainbase, Roles, and Add Role.

  • Each Role can be edited or deleted by clicking the three-dot icon on the right side of the role. Roles can also be updated by clicking on them.

  • You can browse the list of users that are assigned to that specific role.
